2020 was an insane year, and I'm sure I don't have to say much about that cause we literally went into this together. When the pandemic started, my following online grew exponentially. Not to say that I have millions of followers, but I do have to say that the rope flow community became HUGE!
With the rope flow boom in 2020, I've met incredible people along the way. I never really thought I'd have this many internet friends, more so talk to people online and build genuine friendships. Well, here we are today and the launch of SLUSHROPES was honestly because of you guys.
When I started my journey with SLUSHROPES, I never really imagined going this direction. My initial goal when I started my "SLUSHROPES" Instagram account was to just track my progress with jump rope. In fact, I didn't even know what rope flow was when I started my page. All I knew was I wanted to get good at jumping rope, but my lack of experience in fitness lead me to overtraining... ultimately leaving me injured with chronic foot pain.
If you scroll down my IG, you'll see the transition from being purely 100% jump rope content and the switch the rope flow. As time went by, I just fell in love with rolling rope. The biggest factor that played into this was my chronic foot pain. Rolling rope (or rope flow) was a no brainer for me.
