PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase something from SLUSHROPES.COM, as part of the buying and selling process,  personal information you give such as your name, address and email address are collected.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to the collection and use for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate the "Terms and Conditions".

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERS:

  • SLUSHROPES (aka "Slurps") are 100% handmade in Las Vegas, Nevada by Slush herself! Each rope goes through a 48 hour process to ensure that you receive top-shelf quality "Slurps".

  • Once an order is placed, it may take up to 8 business days fulfill your order. U.S. Holidays and weekends do not count.  Slush is the only one behind the entire operation of SLUSHROPES.COM , from making the ropes to fulfilling orders. 

  • After fulfillment, the order ships out followed by an email including the tracking number.

  • "Slushropes.com"is not responsible for and has no control over what happens during the shipping process, including delays. Each destination varies and weather conditions apply.

  • If you purchased extra services such as shipping insurance, signature confirmation, or "full protection", you are guaranteed those services by the Courier.

  • "Slushropes.com" is released from any responsibility once the tracking number shows an "in-transit" activity. In other words, "Slushropes.com" will not be responsible if an order is lost or mishandled by the shipping company. For peace of mind, it is recommended that customers opt-in to purchase extra services such as signature confirmation and/or insurance found under the "Get Your Package Protected"section of the product's page!

  • If an order includes shipping insurance, signature confirmation, or "full protection" and you are experiencing problems, please email info@slushropes.com . Opting in for these extra services gives you 100% peace of mind.

  • SLUSHROPES.COM only ships to the address you have provided and is autogenerated on the shipping label. Failure to input the correct mailing address may not be claimed against "Slushropes.com".  Please make sure that you provide the proper and formal address before purchasing. Adjustments can be made as long as the order has not been shipped out yet. Email info@slushropes.com

  • Under COVID-19, it is common for packages to arrive longer than usual. Please budget in a few days to wait should your package not arrive as expected.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY (14 DAYS)

  1. "LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT" GUARANTEE  - If you don't love your "Slurps", simply return it unused. No questions asked. Customer is responsible for shipping back the order. A refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been received. Simply email info@slushropes.com for instructions.

  2. Shipping is not included in the refund provided and the buyer is responsible for shipping back the unused merchandise. For example, if you paid $10.00 for shipping and your total was $75.00, you will receive $65.00 in refund. In addition, the cost to ship back to SLUSHROPES.COM will not be included in your refund.

  3. "Slushropes.com" is not responsible for any returning merchandise lost or damaged while in transit. Make sure to pack your return in a box with the shipping label and opt in for signature confirmation!

  4. A refund confirmation receipt will be emailed to you upon receiving your return! The refund will be made via your method of payment only.

  5. If your merchandise is defective, simply email us at info@slushropes.com with your order information and include photos. A return label will be provided to you by SLUSHROPES.COM . Customer shall not pay for any additional cost to receive replacement.

EXCHANGE POLICY
 

  1. Want a different color? Want something else? I'll be happy to exchange any unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

  2. The "LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT" GUARANTEE APPLIES!

  3. Customer is responsible for shipping back the order. A  replacement will be issued once the return has been received. Simply email info@slushropes.com for instructions.

  4. "Slushropes.com" is not responsible for any returning merchandise lost or damaged while in transit. Make sure to pack your return in a box with the shipping label and opt in for signature confirmation!

HOLIDAY EXPECTATIONS

SETTING UP YOUR HOLIDAY EXPECTATIONS

  1. November 12, 2021 is the start of "Slushropes.com" Holiday Season.

  2. Orders may experience a fulfillment delay due to the overwhelming amount of orders flooding to the website. 

  3. Holiday orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be made.

  4. Once your order is fulfilled, please allow the Courier 10 business days to deliver your order (locally in the United States). Typically, deliveries are made within 2 to 3 business days. However under COVID-19 restrictions and Holiday activities, things are taking longer than expected. This is due to an overwhelming amount of packages moving throughout the country. Any delivery activity that takes longer than expected is beyond the seller's control.

  5. Shipping time may take longer than usual. USPS (courier) is expected to handle an overwhelming amount of packages this Holiday Season nationwide.

  6. It is not abnormal for your tracking number to pause activity mid-delivery. At times, this could simply mean that your package is waiting to be picked up at a shipping facility. This does not necessarily mean that your package is lost.

  7. International orders are to expect the same expectations under these guidelines.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

  1. Buying a gift for a Flowmie? You may return any unused and unwanted merchandise all the way up to January 10, 2021 !

Q: "Do you ship to my country? And how much is it?"

A: "Slushropes.com" ships worldwide. Want to get a shipping quote? Simply add the item to your cart and pretend to check out. By adding in your mailing address, a shipping quote will be generated.

Q: "Is there any way to get a cheaper price for international shipping?"

A: "Slushropes.com" does not generate postage pricing. If you'd like to save money on international shipping, it is always recommended to split an order with a friend or two!

Q: "I have a problem with my order. How can I contact you?"

Q: "Where can I get your ropes in the Philippines?"

A: "TheRopeCollab.Com" is Slushrope's official PH Distributor. Stocks may vary.

Q: "I have an international address. The tracking number stopped giving me an update after it arrived to my country. Is my package lost?"

A: "Slushropes.com" ships exclusively with USPS (United States Postal Service) to provide you with the best shipping rates possible. For international orders, please note that there is typically a "2-step" process when your package travels wherever you are!

 

Step 1: Your package ships out from Las Vegas, NV USA and travels its way to your country.

 

Step 2: When your package arrives in your country, your local courier steps in and completes the "local" delivery.

 

Once your package arrives in its designated country, USPS is no longer able to track your package via the tracking number sent in your email. This is due to the package moving into your local courier who do not share the same tracking system as USPS.
