Shipping And Handling Policy:
-SLUSHROPES.COM guarantees to fulfill and ship your order 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. Weekends and U.S. Holidays do not count.
-SLUSHROPES.COM strives to get packages to everyone's doorstep as soon as possible. However, SLUSHROPES.COM is not responsible and has no control over what happens during the shipping process, including delay in delivery. Each destination varies and weather conditions apply. If you purchased extra services such as shipping insurance, signature confirmation, or "full protection", you are guaranteed those services.
-Missing packages can be claimed via info@slushropes.com .
If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the address submitted on the order, SLUSHROPES.COM is not responsible for the missing item.
However, I will still be happy to help you! At times, the delivery driver may hide it in a safe place. Please check your mailbox and around your house! Again, you'll be taken care of!

Shipping Time And What To Expect (Under COVID-19)
SLUSHROPES.COM is responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. However, SLUSHROPES.COM is not responsible for delayed packages granted that your order was shipped within the guaranteed time (2-4 business days).
Under COVID-19, the USPS (United States Postal Service) system is overloaded with packages as the world heavily leans into "e-commerce" activities. Once your package has been released to USPS, SLUSHROPES.COM no longer has control in the handling of the package or speed of delivery. However, rest assure that most orders arrive on time!
"What Do I Expect After I Pay?"
1) After your payment has been processed, please allow 2-4 business days for shipment. Weekends and U.S. Holidays do not count. While we strive to get your order straight to your doorstep, ETA varies depending where you live.
2) You will receive an email once your order ships out -including tracking information!
"Where Is My Order?"
1) If you've received your tracking information, visit USPS.COM/TRACKING to check your tracking history.
2) If you haven't received your tracking information, your order (A) has not been fulfilled or (B) has yet to be shipped out. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed.
"I received my tracking information but shows no activity." | "The tracking activity hasn't been updated for days/it is idle."
In the rare occasion that this happens, there are many reasons as to why your tracking may not show activity or show lack of activity. This may be due to failed scans (inaccurate or lack of) per USPS. However, the good news is failed scans doesn't necessarily mean that your package is not in-transit. At times, it can be a system error.
In addition, it may also be due to the operational challenges that USPS face under COVID-19.
