Wrong Mailing Address

  • If you inputted the wrong mailing address, please use the form below this page immediately. Include: your order number and correct mailing address.
  • This adjustment can only be made if your order hasn't shipped out.
  • Slushropes.com only ships to the address provided by the customer per the order. Customers are encouraged to double check the mailing address and to always include apartment, suite, or building number should it apply.

Where is my order?

  • It takes 2-4 business days for slushropes.com to ship out your order. U.S. Holidays and Weekends do not count.
  • Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email that includes your tracking number.
  • Slushropes.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Though this is hardly ever the case, please make sure to stay updated with your tracking number.

Returns + Exchanges (Happiness Guarantee)

If your order is simply not what you expected, Slushropes will take it back! Easy as that. Read down below for items that do not qualify for returns.

RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)​

  1. "LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT" GUARANTEE  - If you don't love it, simply return it unused. No questions asked.
  2. Customer is responsible for shipping back the order. A refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been received. Simply email info@slushropes.com for instructions.
  3. Shipping is not included in the refund provided and the buyer is responsible for shipping back the unused merchandise. For example, if you paid $10.00 for shipping and your total was $75.00, you will receive $65.00 in refund. In addition, the cost to ship back to SLUSHROPES.COM will not be included in your refund.
  4. "Slushropes.com" is not responsible for any returning merchandise lost or damaged while in transit. Make sure to pack your return in a box with the shipping label and opt in for signature confirmation!
  5. A refund confirmation receipt will be emailed to you upon receiving your return! The refund will be made via your method of payment only.
  6. If your merchandise is defective, simply email us at info@slushropes.com with your order information and include photos. A return label will be provided to you by SLUSHROPES.COM . Customer shall not pay for any additional cost to receive replacement.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

  1. Want a different color? Want something else? I'll be happy to exchange any unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked. 
  2. The "LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT" GUARANTEE APPLIES!
  3. Customer is responsible for shipping back the order. A  replacement will be issued once the return has been received. Simply email info@slushropes.com for instructions.
  4. "Slushropes.com" is not responsible for any returning merchandise lost or damaged while in transit. Make sure to pack your return in a box with the shipping label and opt in for signature confirmation!

  • The cost to ship to your country depends on where you are in the world. In order to get a quote for shipping, please add the items in your cart. Use the check out option and input your mailing address. Once that's loaded, your postage fee will be generated.
  • Slushropes.com is not responsible for any customs fee incurred.
  • Customs fee varies depending where you are in the world and is based on your country's rules, regulations, and laws. Buyer is responsible for customs fee.
