General Shipping Policy
We Ship Locally from the U.S.
For our U.S. Customers, you can shop without worries of tariffs or duties.
We Ship Worldwide
We ship anywhere you are in the world, as long as you have a deliverable address. If you are shopping outside of the U.S., please visit the International Hub down below.
Standard Delivery
We do not offer express or overnight deliveries due to the nature of our business (made to order). Even if your order does not include a custom length flow rope, all of our flagship products are still made in-house. We score very high in customer satisfaction by underpromising, and overdelivering!
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete address information. We ship to the exact address provided so please double check your information prior to submitting an order.
If you need to edit the address you provided, we can adjust it as long as your order has not been shipped.
Packages that are "Returned To Sender" (back to us) can be resent back to the correct address after we receive it. The customer is responsible for covering the 2nd shipment attempt.

The best way to save on shipping is to ask friends, co-workers, and community members to place a combined order shipped to one address.

Tariffs and custom duties vary from country to country. As a general advice, it is best to assume that duties will apply.
If in doubt, please reach out to your local government for advice. Every country has its own set of laws in regards to imports. -
You will be contacted by the courier via the email and/or phone number you provided in your order. Most often, email.
The most common method is a self-pay service online with the courier provided on your tracking number link.
For example, your UPS tracking link that's pending duties paid will have a button where you can pay for duties.
-
You have the right to dispute your bill with the courier. If something does not look right, you are able to challenge this by reaching out to them.
If you don't pay duties (regardless if you are in a dispute), you run the risk of losing the package. Couriers have a set amount of time to hold your package and when they are not claimed, they are abandoned.
To lower risk, the most common practice is to pay the duties first and then dispute it after the package is received. -
When the package leaves the U.S., it is common to see zero travel activity for a few days depending where you are in the world.
This is because it is literally traveling to the next destination - (for ex: it is on a plane).
When it arrives to your country, expect for it to go through security and clearance (this includes customs). In this stage of the delivery, it is possible that delays may occur. Please make sure you are staying up to date with your tracking number. Often times, delays happen because the customer could not be reached.
If your package clears without duties, the typical local shipment process is to be expected.
If your package clears but duties are owed, you must first pay before local shipment can take place. -
Each country varies in trade agreements with the U.S.
SLUSHROPES does not have any control over what is legally due to the destination country.
The amount due is determined by the destination country and governing laws. We do not receive any funds from duties paid.
