RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)

  1. Happiness Guarantee - If you don't love it, simply return it unused. No questions asked.
  2. 30 Days - You have 30 days to return your unused products back to us. The 30 days start from the day your order was delivered per tracking number.
  3. How To Return:
    (A) Send us an email info@slushropes.com to notify us with your return so we can expect it.
    (B) We will respond with our mailing address so you can send it back to us. We recommend that you keep a copy of the tracking number to ensure full delivery.
    (C) Once your package is received, we will inspect it. Merchandise returned with signs of use will incur a restocking fee up to 25%. It will be decided on a case by case basis.
    (D) After we process your return, we will issue your refund back to your method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
  4. Customer Responsibility: Customer is responsible for shipping back the order. 
  5. What Is Not Included In Refund: Shipping is not included in the refund provided and the buyer is responsible for shipping back the unused merchandise. For example, if you paid $10.00 for shipping and your total was $75.00, you will receive $65.00 in refund. In addition, the cost to ship back to SLUSHROPES.COM will not be included in your refund.
  6. "Slushropes.com" is not responsible for any returning merchandise lost or damaged while in transit. Make sure to pack your return in a box with the shipping label and opt in for signature confirmation!
  7. A refund confirmation receipt will be emailed to you upon receiving your return! The refund will be made via your method of payment only.
  8. If your merchandise is defective, simply email us at info@slushropes.com with your order information and include photos. A return label will be provided to you by SLUSHROPES.COM . Customer shall not pay for any additional cost to receive replacement.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

  1. Want a different color? Want something else? We're happy to exchange any unused merchandise!
