I was using a DIY rope to start but now that I’m holding the purple yam, I can feel the difference in the flow of the movements and on my arm muscles. Vibrant color lifts the spirit and the joyful experience. Thanks. 👍👍👍

First, I had spent days trying to order from another site, until AI told me they went out of business years ago. How tacky to keep a 'live' website open 😬 Then I went to your site, such a lovely and smooth experience. **Purple!** ( I just happen to have a garden full of purple sweet potatoes. 😀) **Free instructional videos!? Wow** My rope arrives. The lettering on the outside of the package ?? No one has called me "babe" in 40+ years. 😀 I opened the package and was, literally, taken aback. **Stunning color, beautiful rope and knots --- my perfect size!!** My dog and I had blast dancing around. 🤗😁🤸. I. Am. Old. No jumping yet, AND I love doing the rope patterns. Every part of my arms, hands, shoulders, back, neck, and brain were startled: **moving? now? are you sure? ** Very soon all of them were: ** "check it out! Isn't this the coolest!" ** "Thanks for the Tylenol, very helpful" 😂, ** "We are loving this . Keep going" ** ** "Hey! We want to do the rope thing!" ** etc, .... ** Thank you very much. 🤗 🪷 💃
Arrived as expected, good quality rope, nice weight to play with as a novice.
7.5ft rope, works great indoors. The extra weight is great.
My path to rope flow was kettlebell, Indian clubs, steel mace, heavy clubs all leading to rope flow. Gotta keep moving and using my noggin and these functional training methods work both ways. I love my rope, the black and cream dog in the background does too, he ate the cap on the end of one handle. I have been at this less than a week, but so far I am having lots of fun with it. It can be a good warm up but it also works as a stand alone workout. Give it a go you won’t regret it.
