        I am a new person to rope flow. I learned it from my Trainer just basically to move and I’m still working on them. He has adult ropes and me being shorter. I purchased a youth rope and that makes it much easier for me. It’s great work for my shoulders and it’s good work for mobility and balance and I really enjoy it. I recommend it to anyone. I am in my late 60s and just started it and it is for everybody. You just have to be open to new things and that is hard for me to do but my Trainer is so good at telling me just to try it and I’ve fallen in love with it highly recommend it

        Bought the rope for an active 4 yr old grandniece and it was a perfect fit. Her dad was able to snap one pic Christmas day…lucky to have it be warmer than normal for Chicago area. I do need to replace my old Weck Method rope and will be looking to do that soon
